He almost looks like a cloud :}
The problem with photographing pets is they are more interested in jumping all over you to get attention than sitting still as perfect models. This photo wasn't planned for, and I guess that's what makes it so warm. It was taken in colour but the picture felt more loving when I changed it to greyscale :]

That cat is so FLUFFY!
Just like mine only I named my ball of fluff CottenBall because she's fluffy and a white-ish color.
But it looks good from what I have seen you are a good photographer and take pretty pictures... (I'm in a hyper and simplistic mood today, other wise I would have found really pretty words to go with the pretty picture.)
Any way as I was saying pretty kitty pretty picture.
Good Luck, sorry I sound really immature when I'm not. I'm just really hyper for some reason and that was before I had a caffinated soda. So it's really bad now. Uh I'll stop typing.
